Tile set flat, sealed, and square

Bathrooms, showers, kitchens, backsplashes, and floors, with the substrate and waterproofing handled before any tile is set.

Overview

Tile that stays flat, stays sealed, and keeps its lines straight, particularly in the wet areas where mistakes get expensive.

What tile installation involves

Tile is unforgiving of what sits behind it. A substrate that flexes cracks grout; a wet area without a proper membrane lets water into the structure regardless of how good the tiling looks.

The visible craft is in the layout and the cuts. The durability is in the preparation nobody sees.

Services included

What a tile installation project with us typically covers.

  • Bathroom Tile
  • Kitchen Tile
  • Shower Tile
  • Backsplash
  • Floor Tile

What you get

  • Waterproofing before tile

In showers and wet areas the waterproofing layer is what actually keeps water out. Tile and grout are not waterproof on their own.

  • Layout set out first

Starting point, centre lines, and cut placement are planned so awkward slivers do not land in the most visible spots.

  • Flat, consistent surfaces

Substrate is prepared so the finished surface is flat and lippage between tiles is kept to a minimum.

Before & after

Completed tile installation projects will be documented here with same-angle before-and-after photography.

Project photography is being prepared. In the meantime, see our before & after comparisons and recent projects.

Our process

The same clear sequence on every project, so you always know what happens next.

  1. Consultation

We talk through what you want to change, how you use the space, and what has to keep working during the project.

  2. Planning

A written scope covering what is included, what is excluded, and the sequence of work — no line items to decode.

  3. Material selection

Finishes and materials are chosen against the scope and budget before anything is ordered or demolished.

  4. Construction

One team coordinates every trade, keeps the site clean, and sequences the work to limit disruption.

  5. Final walkthrough

We review the finished work with you together and address anything before the project is considered complete.

  • Reliable communication

One point of contact throughout, and you hear from us when something changes rather than after.

  • Quality materials

Materials are chosen to suit the project and the budget, and specified in the written scope before work begins.

  • Clean job sites

The site is kept tidy and the work is sequenced to keep disruption to your home or business contained.

  • Customer-focused approach

The scope is built around how you actually use the space, and agreed in writing before anything is demolished.
