This website is operated by ZEFF LLC, trading as ZEFF Construction, a residential and commercial remodeling contractor serving the Greater Charlotte area of North Carolina. You can reach us at info@zeff-llc.com or (980) 210-4611.

The only information we ask for is what you choose to send through our estimate or contact form, and only what we need in order to reply:

• Your name.
• An email address and/or a phone number — at least one, so that we can respond — and which of the two you prefer we use.
• A description of the project you have in mind.
• Optionally, the location of the project and the service page you started from.
• Your confirmation that we may contact you about your enquiry, and the date and time it was sent.

We do not ask for budget figures, payment details, financial information, or demographic information through this website. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field that ordinary visitors never see or complete.

Like most websites, ours collects limited technical information automatically through analytics cookies — for example the pages visited, approximate location derived from an anonymised IP address, the type of device and browser, and how visitors arrived at the site. This is described in full in our Cookie Policy.

We never send the contents of our forms to analytics. Your name, email address, phone number, and project description are not shared with any analytics provider.

We use what you send us solely to read your enquiry, respond to it, and discuss your project. We use the automatically collected information to understand which pages are useful and where the site could be improved.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for advertising or send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them.

This is worth stating plainly. When you submit the form, it is processed on our server and delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery provider. Provider credentials never reach your browser, and your input is validated on our server before anything is sent.

We do not currently operate a customer database or CRM for website enquiries. The email we receive is the record. In practice that means your submission lives in our email inbox for as long as we keep that message, and there is no separate stored copy or automated retention schedule beyond our mailbox. If a message is lost in transit or filtered as spam we may not receive it at all — so if you do not hear back from us, please call.

A small number of third parties process information on our behalf in order for this website to function:

• Our website hosting provider, which serves the pages you are reading.
• Our email delivery provider, which sends us your enquiry.
• Google Analytics, which reports how the site is used.
• Optionally, additional analytics or error-monitoring services used to diagnose faults.

These providers may process information outside North Carolina, including outside the United States. We use them for the purposes described here and not for anything else.

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as they remain useful for the project they relate to and for our ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete an enquiry you sent, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s standard retention period.

You can:

• Ask us what information we hold about an enquiry you sent.
• Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension that opts out of analytics. This does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.

This website is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are processed on the server rather than in your browser, and credentials for our providers are never exposed in the website code. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we collect.

This website is intended for adults arranging construction and remodeling work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The version published here is the current one, and the effective date above shows when it last changed.
